The Minneapolis-based gBETA Medtech accelerator program plans to hold a Midwest COVID-19 Innovation Showcase on July 16, with a June 14 deadline to apply to present.
The gBETA program is welcoming researchers, startups, companies and nonprofits to apply by June 14. To apply, go to gBETA’s website.
“All midwest innovators are encouraged to apply!” gBETA Medtech director Jacqueline Mejia said in a LinkedIn post yesterday.
The event offers the chance to present an idea in front of a large audience — as well as to meet with healthcare mentors who can provide advice and resources, Mejia said.
Event partners include gener8tor, the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), University Enterprise Laboratories, Boston Scientific, the University of Minnesota, Mayo Clinic, The Medical Alley Association , Purdue Foundry, Purdue University and the University of Missouri-Columbia.
