Nitto Kohki USA combines with its Medo USA subsidiary

Nitto Kohki USA RoselleNitto Kohki USA is doing away with the name of its Medo USA subsidiary and combining it with the rest of the company.

The move, effective Aug. 1, unifies the two entities’ corporate structures in the United States.

The company’s location in Roselle, Ill., will stay the same, and the new entity will have no effect on pump models, part numbers and pricing of the air compressors and vacuum pumps previously purchased from Medo USA.

Said the company: “Quite simply, our name has changed.”

Nitto Kohki relies on core technologies including fluid mechanics, precision engineering and more recently, electronic engineering, to provide machine tools, quick-connecting fluid couplings and more.

On December 12th, Rowe will sit down with MassDevice editor Brad Perriello for a long ranging discussion about the inside story on how these technologies came to market and what Rowe learned along the way.
