Polytron Devices has launched its new MUI65 series of AC-DC power supplies designed for medical applications. These 65-watt power supplies deliver a universal input range, 92% high efficiency and 2 MOPP isolation for patient protection, all in a 2.00 by 3.00 by 1.16 in. package. This series is available in a variety of mounting options, such as screw terminal, chassis mount, din rail, open and enclosed types.

The MUI65 AC-DC power supplies deliver a low leakage current under 75µA, 2000VAC input to output and an operating temperature range from 25 to 80° C. With an operating altitude of 5000M, this new 65-watt series also meets the following safety standards: UL, CE and ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1, EN60601-1 and IEC60601-1 Third Edition and RoHS compliance to 2011/65/EU.
