“We came up with our three priorities very quickly: Protect our employees, serve our customers and have strong financial discipline,” he said.
It was essential to Lobo that Stryker employees knew their safety was at the top of the list. “Even now, those three priorities still resonate with all our employees,” he added.
The promise to protect employees would factor into later decisions.
