AEN) announced today that its Chief Executive Officer, James S.
Kuo, M.D., M.B.A., will provide the keynote address at the Emerging
Biosciences Showcase during the 2010 MichBio Expo &
Conference.
The 2010 MichBio Expo & Conference will take place at the
Ann Arbor Marriott Ypsilanti at Eagle Crest on October 26 and 27.
The event is Michigan’s premiere event for the biosciences industry
and brings together bioscience professionals. More information on

Dr. Kuo’s keynote address is entitled “How to raise early-stage
financings, a first-hand account of life in the trenches.” It
is scheduled to occur on Tuesday, October 26, at 12:15 p.m. in
Auditorium 1.
Additionally, Dr. Kuo will be one of the presenters in the panel
discussion “Ag/Bio-based Technologies: Swallowing Health:
Convergence of Food, Nutrition and Pharma,” where he will discuss
the area of medical foods. The panel discussion is scheduled for
Wednesday, October 27, at 9:15 a.m. in Conference Room B.
