Kelly joins the sterilization equipment manufacturer from Fujifilm Sonosite, where he spent the last four years as VP of R&D, according to his LinkedIn page. Prior to Fujifilm, he spent nearly five years as senior director of R&D at Philips, which followed a six-year stint as an R&D director at Medtronic.
Kelly has a “strong track record of building high-performing teams, advancing innovation and helping to bring meaningful healthcare technologies to market,” Advanced Sterilization Products said on LinkedIn.

The infection prevention company creates products, solutions, and processes required by practitioners to protect patients.
“We’re thrilled to have Richard on board and excited for the impact he will make,” the company said on LinkedIn.
