Appirio launches solutions for Salesforce Lightning Bolt

Appirio-logo 5x3Wipro company Appirio recently launched new solutions that are built on Salesforce Lightning to deliver personalized and industry-specific services.

The solutions that the company is ordering are all Lightning Bolts which are frameworks that allow companies to create functional and customer-facing websites. It is designed to increase collaboration and communication during crucial interaction points while having easy-to-use evaluation and compliance capabilities.

“In today’s customer-driven business landscape, it’s important for companies to be able to quickly build solutions tailored to their needs,” Yoni Barkan, director of global solutions and innovations at Appirio, said. “This personalized approach benefits businesses by catering to their most valued stakeholders — the worker and the customer. Our methodology for Salesforce Lightning Bolt implementations is to use a repository of pre-built accelerators, digital assets, and embedded industry expertise to produce solutions faster and smarter.”

Appirio’s solutions include Retail and Franchise Communications Lightning Bolt; Retail and Franchise Promotion Management Lightning Bolt; Employee Community and Social Intranet Lightning Bolt and Medical Device Ordering and Sales Lightning Bolt.

Retail and Franchise Communications Lightning Bolt is designed to give franchisors and franchisees, home offices and retail partners a place to accurate deliver targeted communications using a cloud-based, mobile-first solution. The platform creates a more efficient way for franchisee management while enhancing brand consistency and enabling assessment and real-time collaboration. It also offers corporate support to field level operations.

The Retail and Franchise Promotion Management Lightning Bolt gives home offices, franchises and retail partners a platform to manage aspects of promotion and brand compliance. Partners and franchises can keep up-to-date on the latest information by creating tasks and events to manage promotions and brand updates. The platform also offers real-time photo and document sharing.

Employee Community and Social Intranet Lightning Bolt is a platform that can help with managing employee engagement and collaboration on the Salesforce Platform. It allows for employees to engage and collaborate with each other while delivering clear and fast information to human resources and service desk with case management.

The Medical Device Ordering and Sales Lightning Bolt improve communication and collaborations between manufacturers, suppliers and distributors. It speeds up the ordering process and gives a guided ordering experience while enabling notifications for clear and consistent communication.
