The College of Nursing & Health Innovation is joining Arizona State University to host a child health forum on January 20th in Washington, DC.
Richard Carmona, MD, MPH, FACS, 17th Surgeon General of the U.S. (2002-2006) will present opening remarks at the forum titled “Americas Children at Peril: Solving the Child Obesity and Mental Health Epidemics.”
Dean Bernadette Melnyk of the college will join six other expert panelists at the 9 – 10:30 a.m. program at the National Press Club.
