Sam Brusco first joined MDT as an editorial intern in August 2014. They liked him so much (and he’s still trying to understand why) they decided to keep him around as MDT’s associate editor starting in January 2015. Sam generates content for MDT’s website, seeking out breaking medical technology news. He also writes several columns weekly, highlighting and providing analysis on trending medical technologies, co-writes and co-stars in the monthly Pulse webcast, arranges and conducts interviews with industry professionals, and tries really hard to annoy the public at large with puns.
Sam graduated from Rutgers University in 2014. When he’s not tracking the medical device design beat, you might find him singing and playing guitar, reading sci-fi, or watching cop dramas and old sitcoms.
