purchase of the ophthalmic systems businesses from BD (Becton,
Dickinson and Company) and Medtronic, announced today that it will
focus solely on products and services for ophthalmic and
microsurgery. Beaver-Visitec brings together the
well-established brands of Beaver® Blades, Visitec®
Cannulas and Instruments, Merocel® Fluid Control Products, and
Wet-Field® Eraser® Electrosurgery Instruments.

patients and customers, while strengthening their commitment to
