Somatus provides individualized clinical, emotional and social support to kidney care patients through partnerships with nephrology groups, primary care groups and health plans and systems.The MacLean, Virginia-based company developed the proprietary RenalIQ platform to track patient health and identify at-risk patients using predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms. The platform also offers telehealth and virtual care services, educational resources and real-time cost and utilization insights for providers.
Somatus was founded in 2015 and is led by co-founder and CEO Dr. Ikenna Okezie.
