Brockton VNA patients use the Cardiocom Telehealth System to
communicate with a Brockton VNA nurse. The Home
Telemonitoring System guides the patient through an
interactive Health Check and collection of vital signs including:
weight, blood pressure, oxygen saturation and heart rate.
This information is immediately transmitted via a standard
telephone line.
