Corgenix Medical Corporation (OTC BB: CONX), a worldwide developer and marketer of diagnostic test kits, announced today that it has entered into a contract manufacturing agreement with EDP Biotech, a medical device company focused on the development and commercialization of immunodiagnostic tests for humans.

Under terms of the 10-year agreement, Corgenix will manufacture and supply the ColoMarker ™ diagnostic test, a blood test developed to detect the early stages of colon cancer. Corgenix recently announced the expansion of its Contract Services business unit and launched a dedicated Contract Services website.

ColoMarker requires no advance preparation by the patient such as fasting or colon cleansing and can be added easily to the panel of blood tests routinely performed at a patient’s annual physical.
