NEWS RELEASE: Creative Foam completes acquisition of AccuMED
Fenton, Michigan (March 5, 2025) – Creative Foam Corp. (“Creative Foam”) today announced that it has acquired AccuMED Holdings Corp. (“AccuMED” or the “Company”). This marks Creative Foam’s fourth acquisition in the medical device industry.
AccuMed partners with top medtech companies to provide contract manufacturing and engineering services, specializing in textile-based Class I and II medical devices. Manufacturing capabilities include lamination, RF welding, cutting and sewing, and kitting operations, among others. With 24 years of operation in the Dominican Republic, AccuMED employs approximately 1,400 skilled professionals utilizing over 70 production lines in FDA-registered and ISO 13485 facilities.
