ELK RIVER, Minn., October 15, 2025 – Cretex Medical, a leading provider of contract medical device manufacturing and engineering services, announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Atemisa Precision, S.A. in Alajuela, Costa Rica. Dedicated to satisfying customer needs, Atemisa provides high-quality machining services to the medical and industrial sectors in Costa Rica.
