Olympus introduces the world’s first and only Monopolar, Disposable Tonsil Adenoid Debrider (DTAD).  DTAD includes three industry firsts in one device combining monopolar energy, a battery-powered debrider, and a malleable shaver blade that can be set at 40 degrees for adenoids, 15 degrees for tonsils, or anywhere in between. Using proprietary FLEXBLADE Technology, DTAD’s malleable shaver blade is designed to provide surgeons with optimum access to adenoid and tonsil anatomy in a singular device without requiring the exchange of blade parts or use of tools by surgeons during a procedure.
