Diversified Plastics has appointed James Garvin to its board of directors. He will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic guidance while serving as an adviser to the company’s CEO and executive team.
Garvin has 34 years of experience in manufacturing and management.
“We welcome James to the board and look forward to his contributions as we grow the company,” James Dow, chairman of the board at Diversified Plastics, said. “His well-rounded background in management, operations, business development and quality makes him ideally suited to help guide the company.”
Garvin currently serves as the president of Cass Precision Machining in Brooklyn Center, Minn. He previously served as chief operating officer at Hutchinson Manufacturing and held several leadership roles at Hutchinson Technology.
