Dynatronics Appoints Bryan D. Alsop Vice President of Information Technology

SALT LAKE CITY, July 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Dynatronics
Corporation (Nasdaq:
DYNT
) today announced the appointment of Bryan D. Alsop as its
new vice president of information technology.

“We are pleased to add Bryan to our management team,” said
Kelvyn Cullimore Jr., chairman and president of Dynatronics. “Since
joining the company in 2009, Bryan’s knowledge of information
technology has provided us with important systems expertise and
enabled the company to transform its information systems platforms
over the past two years. He has been a key player in advancing our
e-commerce efforts here at Dynatronics. Bryan is an effective
leader with 27 years of experience building and integrating
business systems for companies.”

Mr. Alsop, 48, served as a consultant to Dynatronics in early
2009 and joined the company later that year as the director of
information technology. Previously, he worked for such companies as
Aetna Healthcare, McKesson, ITT Defense, Evans & Sutherland,
and Sony Pictures Entertainment. His business and technical
background is extensive, having served at these companies in
various roles, including senior systems analyst, business analyst,
project manager, network administrator, information analyst,
programmer/analyst and IT consultant. From 2000 to 2008 Mr. Alsop
served as director of information technology at Bear River Mutual
Insurance, where he was responsible for all aspects of the IT
department as a member of the executive management team.

“Bryan’s leadership and skill will play a pivotal role in
improving and expanding the Company’s IT systems, network and
e-commerce presence,” added Cullimore. “This is particularly
important with our recent entrance into the GPO market.”
