Phillips-Medisize: Connected health platform
Phillips-Medisize (Hudson, Wis.) showcased its third-generation cloud-based, connected health platform. The platform is designed to provide a safe, scalable and trusted medical device data system (MDDS) for pharmaceutical companies and drug delivery device developers, according to the company.
The connected health platform (CHP) features an advanced analytics package that is also designed for biosensors and regulated mobile medical applications. The CHP is also able to integrate healthcare data from a number of sources because of its enterprise master patient index. The data is available for payers, providers and pharma. Phillips-Medisize also normalizes data across geographies for global comparison whole easily anonymizing and pseudonymizing data to support clinical or market research.
Phillips-Medisize says that the CHP comes with full regulatory documentation services to help support premarket submissions for 510(k), combination products and certification mark. The company can also act as the legal manufacturer for SaMD/MMA.
