The St. Paul, Minnesota-based global medtech CDMO appointed Alfredo González Arce as site director, Emilia Garnier as senior HR business partner and Ronny Orozco as facilities manager.
Forj said its appointments make up the leadership team set to launch and scale operations at its 53,000-square-foot facility located in Tacares de Grecia, Costa Rica. The site will support the automated and manual assembly of complex medical devices and components. That includes products used in surgical navigation, electrophysiology, diabetes, cardiovascular and drug delivery applications.
