Cirtronics (Milford, N.H.) has announced that former Sen. Kelly Ayotte is joining its Board of Advisors.
Ayotte has been recognized as an advocate for employee ownership and was the recipient of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Advocate of the Year Award in 2013. Ayotte has also previously introduced a pro-ESOP bill.
“We are excited to have Kelly join our advisory board. Along with her wealth of experience and her broad perspective, she brings strong support for employee ownership. We look forward to learning from Kelly over the coming years,” said Geraldine Ferlins, president and CEO of Cirtronics, in a press release.
Cirtronics is a contract manufacturer that is employee owned. It makes electronics, electro-mechanical assemblies and box builds for the medtech industry, as well as robotics, communications, aerospace and more.
