Microfiltration company GVS announced today that it has entered an agreement to acquire Kuss Filtration from Industrial Opportunity Partners. The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Under the terms of the acquisition, GVS and Kuss will work together to enter the micro filtration and automotive markets.
“GVS has high expectations for this new investment,” said Massimo Scagliarini, CEO of GVS. “Kuss Filtration brings us extensive experience in the fuel filtration market. Their skilled management team, product portfolio, and significant sales position, will give GVS’s Automotive Division clear leadership in the automotive microfiltration market.”
GVS will operate out of 26 different locations in 22 countries and will employ over 2300 employees while serving the healthcare, life science, personal protection, HVAC, appliance and automotive industries.
