To customize, users choose their cart color then two colors of security drop inserts. Carts are available in Beige, Cherry, Gray, Maple, Oak, and White; inserts are available in Red (Biohazard), Yellow (Chemotherapy), Black (Hazardous), White, and Blue. Inserts offer an at-a-glance visual for the type of medical waste being disposed of and keep different types of waste separate within the same container. Open-bottomed inserts allow waste to drop into the waste cans inside the cart. Clear acrylic hinged lids have a security plate that deters tampering. The two-door locking Hazardous Waste Cart is made of durable high-quality melamine and features a lock with two keys. Cart includes two waste cans and swivel casters.
