Power Sources Unlimited announces the addition of the CFM300M Series open-frame medical AC-DC power supply that provides 300 W of regulated power in a 3 by 5 in. footprint to our Cincon portfolio. The CFM300M complies with international medical safety regulations per IEC/EN/UL 60601-1 3rd edition, 2x MOPP level and meets the radiated and conducted emission requirements for EN 55022 Class B and CISPR/FCC Part 15 Class B.
Measuring 3 by 5 by 1.382 in. (76.2 by 127 by 35.12 mm) with a high-density up to 18 W/in., the CFM300M series has a wide universal input voltage range of 90 to 264 VAC and is available in single output voltages of 12, 24, 36 and 48 VDC.
All models feature a 5V-Stand-By output and 12 V fan output with high efficiency up to 94% at 230 Vac and allows ambient operating temperature range of -40° to 80° C (derating above 40° C). The modules are fully protected against output over-current, output over-voltage and over-temperature and continuous short circuit conditions.
CFM300M series also offers a low no load power consumption (less than 0.3 W) and extremely low leakage current (less than or equal to 300 µA). Standard control functions include PS on/off and 5% adjustable output voltage. Covered version is available.
