HRS Heat Exchangers has launched its compact packaged sterilizer and aseptic filler, the Asepticblock Series.
The aseptic filling solution is on a smaller-scale and is used for thermal treatment and aseptic filling of a wide range of products. The Asepticblock Series gives users the same quality and reliability that comes with larger customized systems, according to the company.
Asepticblock Series offers efficient heat transfer that can be adjusted to meet the requirements of a product. HRS also suggests that negative or undesired effects from the thermal treatment are minimized so that crucial organoleptic or chemical properties of products are maintained.
The thermal treatment process uses corrugated multi-tube, double tube or annular space heat exchangers that offer effective heat transfer and excellent energy efficiency. It also comes with optional reception, air removal and product impulsion that makes sure there is an absence of air during the thermal treatment stage. HRS also offers a sterilizer that can include a high-pressure piston volumetric pump with frequency converter that is best used for high viscosity products like pastes and creams.
HRS’s Asepticblock Series also has a reliable, sanitary and high capacity filling process with weighing and handling of products bins and receptors, automatic monitoring and full traceability systems.
“All forms of our Asepticblock Series are designed to the strict specifications required for FDA approval, which proves that the HRS system meets the necessary performance standards, and that is can be kept clean and sanitary during use. Both the combined HRS Asepticblock and the HRS Thermablock range of sterilizers are designed to these specifications, including sterilizers based on our AS, DTA and MI Series of tubular heat exchangers,” said Matt Hale, international sales and marketing director at HRS Heat Exchanges.
