Crescent performs a variety of plastic injection molding processes including over molding, insert molding, family molding and clean room molding. It offers clean-room injection molding in its ISO 8 clean room. It uses PFMEA, control plans and process validations to identify key variables to yield consistent quality components.
To finish a project, Crescent can assist with several secondary operations, including the ability to produce precision Swiss screw-machined components either as low volumes or high production runs. Crescent offers a variety of storage and shipping options using a computerized inventory management system.
