At Fispal, customers will get up close to the latest developments for filling and packaging of food. As the coffee segment is on the spotlight, Optima brings to Latin America its expertise on coffee capsule production and will provide important information about this machine range.
Optima offers everything to make dosing, filling and packaging easier, safer and more efficient. Major benefits of machines are flexibility, high output, and product protection during the processes.
At FCE and Fispal Optima will exhibit:
The KUGLER Flexofill on display is a multi-talent in filling and closing of liquid or viscous products in stable packs. This machine model conforms to the requirements of GMP in that all drives are located below the machine plate and it is ideally suitable for numerous cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical products.
KUGLER Flexofill is well accessible and easy to clean. Format changes are carried out quickly and easily via menus called up on the touchscreen panel. Four different dosing systems can be used for absolutely perfect attunement to the products to be processed up to a maximum fill volume of 500 ml. The maximum output attainable is 70 bottles/min.
The OPTIMA PD30 Shape manufactures four side sachets in the form-fill-seal process. Powders, granulates, fluids or viscous products are dosed by means of the integrated dosing system. The flat or formed four side sachets are produced from a foil laminate roll. All product formats and functions of the machine are configured via a central touchscreen panel. Various optional items are available, including “easy-opening”, diverse cutting methods, counting and grouping. Easy to operate, the OPTIMA PD model can operate with one lane up to fourteen lanes, achieving outputs of up to 60 cycles/minute per lane.
