J-Pac Medical – which specializes in implantable textiles, turnkey packaging, thermoformed packaging, and manufacturing services for medical devices – today announced the appointment of Tim Valentine as vice president of operations and Fred Finocchiaro as manager of business development.
Valentine has a successful track record of on-time delivery, cost reduction and team leadership in manufacturing environments. Prior to joining J-Pac Medical, he held operations management positions at Watts Water Technologies, Freudenberg- NOK Sealing Technologies and Eaton Corp.’s Fluid Power Division. He is a licensed professional engineer, a certified quality engineer, a certified ISO 9001 and TS16949 auditor, a certified Six Sigma black belt, and a certified Lean Systems greenbelt.

Fred Finocchiaro has over 20 years of experience in medical device–related business development, OEM contract manufacturing, managing product launches, sales training and personnel development. Prior to joining J-Pac Medical, Finocchiaro held senior sales positions at medical companies including Thermo Fisher Scientific and Symmetry Medical.
