donated more than $600,000 worth of
scrubs to aid Haiti relief
efforts.

volunteered in Haiti after the
Jan. 12 earthquake through Haiti
Medical Missions of Memphis and
witnessed firsthand the devastation the quake caused to Haiti‘s healthcare system.
“Most of the hospitals in Port-au-Prince were completely destroyed
or severely damaged,” Rose said. “In addition, many Haitian
medical professionals have been displaced or killed.”
Rose said such donations of medical supplies and scrubs are
helping doctors save lives.
