This 4.9-inch diagonal 1-DIN color active matrix TFT LCD offers an economical standard product for display designers involved in medical diagnostic instrumentation. The module feature 320 x RGB x 96 dot pixel format with digital interface, 350 nits luminance, 150:1 contrast ratio, and a response time of 80 ms (Tr + Tf). It provides a wide operating temperature range of -30&#176 to +85&#176C and a storage temperature of -40&#176 to +85&#176C. The module is backlit by a single CCFL with a minimum lifetime of 20,000 hours, is supplied with an on-board 5V DC-DC power supply, and is manufactured with anti-glare and hard coating 3H surface treatment.
