AIM’s state of the art tool room provides the foundation for our manufacturing by supplying high precision molds, fixtures and gauges.

Advanced molding
AIM’s Manufacturing Center, which houses a 6,000 square foot ISO Class 7 (10k) Cleanroom, features a full complement of general molding capabilities along with several advanced molding technologies with a tonnage range of 30 to 440 tons. AIM has the ability to support your high volume production needs.

Scientific Processes / Quality validation
AIM utilizes the latest scientific injection molding techniques/qualification procedures (DOE, IQ, OQ and PQ) to ensure the most robust injection molding processes and tooling capabilities are attained.

Pad Printing
AIM’s value added services include one to four color pad printing with the ability to print 360º. All equipment has gone through installation and operational qualification to meet demanding medical/customer requirements. AIM can support low to high volume productions.

With intimate knowledge of your program gained throughout the tooling phase, AIM is best suited for your assembly needs, allowing us to cost effectively ship turnkey sub-assemblies.
