Enabling the Future of Miniaturization™
For over 34 years, Isometric Micro Molding has been a strategic and trusted partner in micro injection molding and micro automated assemblies with unparalleled micro manufacturing capabilities. We serve high precision medical and drug delivery device markets and are one of the largest and fastest growing medical-focused micro molders in North America.
At Isometric, our team of experts make the impossible, possible, through 100% in-house processes: Micro 3D Printing, Micro Tooling, Micro Molding, Micro Automated Assembly and CT Scanning. In addition, we have in-depth knowledge of resin materials including thermoplastics, long-term implantable, bioresorbable, fluoropolymers, and liquid silicone rubber (LSR). From parts with micro features to micro-sized parts, we provide unique, creative, and robust miniaturization solutions. We successfully create components through extreme thin wall molding, tight tolerances, complex geometries, insert molding, overmolding, and 2-shot molding. Your micro solution is completed all inhouse and under our control.
Founded in 1990, Isometric Micro Molding’s success begins and ends with our people. Isometric is ISO 13485 certified, has two adjacent facilities and four Class 7 cleanrooms. We have completed over 1,000 successful projects and built over 7,000 molds.
As a global micro solutions leader, Isometric Micro Molding serves high precision medical device market segments including diabetes, ENT, ophthalmic, cardiovascular, neurovascular, orthopedic, and drug delivery. Isometric’s numerous micro solutions include microfluidics, molded microneedles, catheter tips, sensors, transdermal patches, life science disposables, and neurovascular implant devices. Driven by ambition for innovation, Isometric’s team of experts use our internally developed Microns Matter® risk mitigation process to successfully meet tolerances and bring your micro parts to validation faster.
As of March 1, 2024, Isometric is partnering with Nissha Medical Technologies (NMT), a global Contract Design/Development Manufacturing Organization. NMT’s expertise in the design and development of endoscopic devices, combined with Isometric’s micro molding capabilities, have the potential to redefine the realm of surgical instruments, surgical robotics, and other medical and drug delivery device platforms. Together, we aim to address the changing demands of medical devices by enhancing component miniaturization and improving the maneuverability of small and precision components, ultimately advancing medical efficiency.
