LPKF Laser and Electronics is set to exhibit its ProtoMat E44 in-house printed circuit board prototyping at Satellite 2017.
The ProtoMat collection is a low-cost introduction to professional in-house printed circuit board prototyping.
The E44 has a 40,000 rpm spindle with a maximum travel speed of up to 100 mm per second. The ProtoMat circuit board plotters also have a resolution of less than 1 μm and a repeat accuracy of ± 5 μm. It also has a precision of ± 20 μm in the fitting hole system.
The E44 will also offer better positioning accuracy for double-sided printed circuit boards. Its camera will also be easily set for its measuring function for milled slots. The camera can detect fiducially or geometric structures and can position the structuring as needed.
LPKF will showcase the ProtoMat E44 at booth 1841 at the Water E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. on March 7 through 9.
