acquisition of Navigator, Inc., Nashville, TN. Navigator is one of
the nation’s largest and fastest growing GPOs focused on servicing
long term care facilities. Navigator delivers savings and cash flow
improvements to nursing home customers through its food program,
supply contracts, and diverse technology tools. MHA will continue
to use the Navigator name in the marketplace and Navigator’s entire
management team, including Mark Eaton, Jake Eaton and Tim Stefan
will be remaining with MHA after the acquisition to run the
subsidiary.
