MicroCare (New Britain, Conn.) has announced the appointment of John Stardellis as the company’s new chief financial officer (CFO).
Stardellis joins MicroCare with more than 20 years’ experience in a variety of finance, policy and operational leadership roles. Most recently, he served as CFO at i-Health, a division of DSM Nutritional Products.
“John’s track record with high growth companies combined with long-term sustainable vision and strong leadership made him the ideal candidate for this key hire and we are very pleased to welcome him to the team,” said MicroCare CEO Tom Tattersall in a news release. “As a highly accomplished CFO who brings an extensive array of skills and deep experience in global and operational finance, John is an excellent fit for MicroCare.”
In his new capacity, Stardellis will oversee all aspects of the finance business planning and process changes to drive strategic growth and efficient operational scaling.

Stardellis holds a BA in economics and political science from the University of Rochester and an MBA/ MS in accounting from Northeastern University.
