Miracle of the Living Heart – Pushing the Boundaries of Medical Simulation

Using 3D modeling/virtual reality to reflect all the complexities of a living heart, and how it reacts when invaded or stimulated pushes the technology beyond anything previously attempted. Creating this was an enormous challenge that taxed the resources of an entire “village” of technical experts, but they have been paid back many times over in terms of the insights, abilities and opportunities the project has made possible.
