NanoClean Global announced the launch of NanoClean fine instrument cleaners, an easy-to-use, consumer-friendly tool that helps keep hearing aids and other fine instruments free of damaging wax, debris and moisture. By making it simple to clean a variety of vents and tubing, audiologist-recommended NanoClean helps optimize the performance of hearing aids and other fine instruments.
“NanoClean Global is proud to introduce NanoClean fine instrument cleaners to audiologists, hearing aid patients and other individuals in need of a safe, easy-to-use cleaning product for fine instruments,” said Brett Thornton, president and CEO of NanoClean Global. “We are confident that both hearing aid patients and professionals who use fine instruments, including audiologists, will be impressed by how this product can improve performance across a wide spectrum of devices and instruments.”
NanoClean offers patented FlexYarn technology featuring a stiff threader that easily inserts into vents and tubing so that its soft, spongy, nylon brush can safely and effectively slide through hard-to-reach areas with its unique “thread-and-pull” cleaning action.
In addition to ease of use, NanoClean has the added benefit of removing moisture, a particular advantage for hearing aids which are especially vulnerable to moisture damage. NanoClean’s soft construction will also never scratch or harm delicate hearing-aid or other fine-instrument components.
NanoClean is ideal for cleaning:
- Standard and thin-tubed hearing aids;
- Tympanometer probe tubes;
- In-ear sound monitors/police radio earpieces;
- Pre-autoclave surgical instruments; and
- NanoClean may also be used to clean small fluid and gas jets, such as those found in engines, scientific equipment and other close tolerance machinery.
NanoClean is sold in a convenient package of 20 pre-cut strands, as well as 5-strand travel packs.
