The new PowerPack includes the Microscopy pulse 3.3 MP camera which offers impressive image quality as well as an attractive sensor format. With its 4:3 sensor format, the pulse 3.3 MP fits perfectly to the image circle of a microscope.
With its CMOS sensor by Aptina, this pulse model reaches up to 20 frames per second and complements the Microscopy ace and pulse camera models already available in previous PowerPacks for Microscopy.
In addition, Basler released an enhanced version of the Basler Microscopy Software. This new version offers image adjustment sliders on the top level of the user interface and shows the speed of the camera measured in frames per second.
The framerate speedometer shows how user settings affect the camera’s speed, and it helps users to find optimum settings for camera speed and real time viewing. Due to optimized camera pre-settings, additional improvements have been made to white balance and color fidelity.
The Basler PowerPack for Microscopy offers a variety of components. The chosen microscopy camera comes along with a tested and compatible USB 3.0 cable, a simple-to-understand quick install guide, as well as professional microscopy software for camera control, image acquisition, processing and analysis. Thanks to this flexible PowerPack concept, precise and reliable imaging, as well as a simple system setup and easy installation, are a given.
The new Basler PowerPack with Microscopy pulse 3.3 MP, and the enhanced Basler Microscopy Software in version 1.1, are available now.
