Colder Products Company (CPC) announced the further expansion of its PMC12 Series quick disconnect couplings with panel mount options that allow OEMs to easily integrate flexible tubing connections directly into their devices or equipment. The PMC100212, part of the PMC12 Series, is a 1/8 NPT non-valved coupling body
polypropylene for enhanced chemical resistance and are gamma sterilizable.
“The new panel mount versions of the PMC12 couplings offer a wide variety of terminations including hose barb and ferruleless polytube fitting (PTF). Combined with the valved and non-valved panel mount configurations, the PMC12 Series is able to meet the unique fluid handling needs of each customer,” said Tim Jacobson, product manager for industrial markets at CPC. “Our panel mount terminations reliably attach to tubing internal to a company’s equipment or device, allowing users to easily connect to an external tube set.”
Because of their small, compact form factor, CPC’s PMC12 plastic quick disconnect couplings with panel mounts are used for applications within In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) systems including those handling reagents and buffers. They also operate reliably in printing and ink handling applications.
