Norman Noble, Inc. introduces SynchroFlash, a new machining capability that synchronizes Swiss turning & milling and laser machining into one, highly efficient and cost- effective operation. SynchroFlash machining provides cost savings, faster production, better quality and higher yields versus competing manufacturing methods, which require multiple, separate processes. SynchroFlash, is currently available for use by medical device OEMs.

SynchroFlash achieves its extraordinary efficiencies by eliminating the start-stop-start nature of producing parts on separate equipment.
Manufacturing parts designed for Swiss turning & laser machining previously required secondary manufacturing steps and equipment. The same parts, as well as parts that were previously cost- prohibitive to manufacture, can now be made in a single, validated machine.
SynchroFlash achieves its extraordinary efficiencies by eliminating the start-stop-start nature of producing parts on separate equipment. It ultimately reduces the amount of handling, time and part fixturing required to manufacture parts designed for Swiss machining that also have features requiring laser machining.
“SynchroFlash broadens the options for medical design engineers for manufacturing individual parts that previously may have been cost- or time-prohibitive,” said Chris Noble, VP and CEO of Norman Noble.
“The addition of this machining capability aligns with Norman Noble’s focus on providing our OEM customers the newest manufacturing technologies with the highest level of quality and lowest total cost.”
