Forget about a doctor’s examination; artificial intelligence (AI) is being developed to see your health problems.
The technology, Face2Gene, is able to detect rare diseases in children using “selfie technology”. Specifically, it uses what Facebook does when tagging friends in a photos. Using one snapshot, Face2gene is able to detect over 2,000 syndromes. It also creates a database of real genomic information.
