It is so interesting to see how surgical tools are evolving. From scissors used to cut gauze, to knives used to cut a patient open during surgery, it seems as if equipment is becoming smarter and less invasive as the years go on.
The image shown above shows a variety of tools including a syringe, clamps, scissors, knives, and more.
Although the year that these tools existed in unknown, one could guess these were from the 1800s.
One day, our tools will look historical, too!
