The world’s smallest pacemaker is now available at St. Mary Mercy, located in Michigan.
“By removing the device pocket and leads, the two most common failure points of traditional devices are eliminated,” says Nathan Foster M.D. of the hospital. “All of this is accomplished in a tiny package that outperforms many pacemakers currently on the market. I’m thrilled that our team can offer this new option to patients.”
