A nationally recognized expert in advanced heart failure and mechanical circulatory support, Dr. Chung brings decades of front-line clinical experience and a passion for innovation to his new role. As CMO, he will help Prodigy and its clients align engineering efforts with real-world clinical needs—ensuring medical technologies are not only groundbreaking, but also deeply relevant to patients, physicians, and health systems.

Dr. Chung currently serves as an advanced heart failure Cardiologist, Director of Outreach and Innovation, and is the immediate past Director and Chief of Cardiology at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. A graduate of Yale University and the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Dr. Chung trained in Internal Medicine at Mt. Sinai in New York City, Cardiovascular Medicine at UMass and in Transplant Cardiology at Columbia University. He has spent his career advancing care through research, innovation, and a deep commitment to patients.
