Raumedic will be present at the pharma tradeshow CPhl Worldwide in Frankfurt, Germany, for the first time in several years. The event is scheduled to take place from Oct. 24-26.
The company will showcase a variety of polymer products and components to trade show attendees as well as drug delivery systems and packaging solutions.
Raumedic plans to tout its Rausafe safety device for syringes that help protect clinicians from needle stick injuries. Rausafe can be used for a number of standard syringes and is activated by a simple hand movement. When the needle is enclosed by the protection unit, the safety system clicks into final position.
The company also plans to showcase its customized products as part of its manufacturing process. Raumedic helps its customers throughout the entire production process – from basic research to selecting materials to product design and manufacturing.
“We accompany our customers from he initial idea through to series production according to the individual product specification,” Ulrich Doppel, business development manager at Raumedic, said. “We would like to make this development process one of our central themes in Frankfurt.”
