Regulatory and clinical consultant group CSSi LifeSciences said today it inked a corporate strategic partnership with Colorado nonprofit incubator Innosphere.
Through the deal, CSSi LifeSciences will provide Innosphere with a full suite of services and expertise to support the incubator’s client company portfolio. CSSI will also join in regulatory, clinical and commercial assessment and the onboarding process of new prospective client companies.
“We are excited to form a new partnership with Innosphere and expand our footprint into the Colorado market. This next-level integration will allow Innosphere’s client companies to utilize our comprehensive suite of services in order to develop their therapeutic drugs and devices with cost-efficient predictability, that drive value, extend market share, and maximize ROI. Together, we hope to help companies bridge the ‘Valley of Death’ and accelerate research breakthroughs, while accessing our global network of strategic partners,” CSSi LifeSciences prez Jim Sergi said in a press release.
“A critical ingredient for companies in the bioscience industry is clear guidance on regulatory, reimbursement, and engineering protocols. Innosphere’s partnership with CSSi LifeSciences provides that support system, and is an important element of Innosphere’s plan for growing the innovations program,” Innosphere CEO Mike Freeman said in prepared remarks.
