Harold Kaefer has been named Rhythmlink’s new director of
engineering. With over 20 years of experience within the medical
device, diagnostic and laser industries, Mr. Kaefer will provide
project and engineering management to Rhythmlink’s growing
engineering department.

engineering, where he will manage the company’s engineering team

With extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements,

technical expertise, Mr. Kaefer brings a refreshing breath to

industry, while increasing its product portfolio. Mr. Kaefer’s
previous accomplishments extend from successfully launching new
product lines and line extensions to building and restructuring
diverse functional groups with an eye to increased efficiency and
profitability.
Mr. Kaefer received both his Bachelor of Science in Electrical
Engineering Technology and Master of Business Administration from
Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is currently a member of the
Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers [IEEE].
