Saelig presents new Amplicon Impact-R 1100F series computer

Impact-R 1100F series

The Impact-R 1100F series supports a multitude of operating systems including Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Linux kernel 2.6.x and Ubuntu 12.04LTS. This PC is designed for long-life equipment because it uses high-grade industrial components, and comes with revision control, together with a five-year product road map for ultimate product reliability.

Saelig Company announces the Amplicon Impact-R 1100F series, a fanless system powered by the Intel ATOM D2550 processor. Configured with a high performance 2.5 in. MLC Solid State Drive (SSD), the Impact-R 1100F series is a silent controller system.

With options for multiple serial communication ports, the Impact-R 1100F can offer up seven DB9 connections (RS232/422 or RS485), allowing for true flexibility as well as legacy support. This customizable new Amplicon 1U rackmount PC features up to two 2.5 in. HDD or SSD drives, dual Gigabit Ethernet, VGA and HDMI (1,920 x 1,200) outputs and six USB 2.0 ports. With additional support for cellular connectivity, the Impact-R 1100F series of PCs can always be accessed.
