EnPro Industries (NYSE:NPO) subsidiary Garlock said it acquired Rubber Fab Technologies Group for an undisclosed amount, uniting their sanitary seal businesses.
The acquisition, announced at the Interphex conference in New York City, gives Garlock the widest range of high-end sealing solutions and process consumables, the Palmyra, N.Y. company said.
Sparta, N.J.-based Rubber Fab makes high-performance sanitary gaskets, hoses and fittings,expanding Garlock’s reach into the hygienic process industries.
