MD&M West 2016, also known as Medical Design & Manufacturing West, will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center on February 9 through 11. Schurter will be there demonstrating its high performance AC connectors, switches and circuit protection products that safely and reliably optimize equipment performance.
The featured product this year will be the KMF and DC12 power entry modules. These modules are designed for use in Protection Class II double insulated applications. The style C18 inlets are ideal for use in at home medical equipment according to IEC 60601-1-11. The KMF series integrates a 2-pole line switch and a 1- or 2-pole fuse holder. The DC12 series is available with a 1- or 2-pole switch and both PEMs offer a low leakage EMC, M5, filter along with mating V-Lock cord sets that safeguard against unintentional disconnection of the power.
